Volunteer: Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, you can reset it from the Safe Pathways sign-in page or from your Account page once you're logged in.

If you can't sign in (forgot your password)

  1. Go to the sign-in page

    Open app.safepathways.comin your browser.
  2. Select the password reset option

    On the sign-in page, look for a "Forgot password?" and select it.

     

  3. Enter your email address

    Use the same email address your church has on file for you – this is the email you use to sign in.

     

  4. Check your email

    You'll receive a password reset email. Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for a message from safepathways.com.
  5. Follow the link and set a new password

    Open the email, select the reset link, and follow the prompts to create a new password.
  6. Sign in with your new password

    Return to app.safepathways.com and sign in.

If you've already signed in (want to change your password)

  1. Go to Account

    Select Account from the left-side menu.
  2. Select "Reset Password"

    Select the Reset Password button on the Account page. Follow the prompts to update your password.
ℹ️  Planning Center users: 
If your church is connected to Planning Center, some of your profile fields may appear greyed out and read-only. Your password reset is separate from Planning Center — you can always reset your Safe Pathways password regardless.
